Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 前兩個月的兩個生日飯局也訂不到枱,今個月決議早點訂。有分6:30和8:30時段。6:30太早外,也有用膳時間限制,所以有幸這天訂到第二場。由於難訂,所以也很有期望……四個人點了如下:迷你桶仔飯$22和擔擔麵$22。一位份量,大家試。桶仔飯唔夠熱,無餸豉油飯而已(用桶仔盛給人”特色”錯覺)。擔擔麵,很求其,麻醬稠湯,浸入發粗了的拉麵,免強說,麵仍有少許軟熟感。此兩樣也很沒誠意。三蝦芥蘭煲$98,惹味!!菜有煲仔的啫啫感。三蝦是鮮蝦,蝦乾,和蝦醬?獻汁太咸喇!生炒蜆肉伴層餅$88,蜆肉沒味又韌。唯獨那些,疑似韮菜很細嫰。味道一般。爺爺栗子燴雞$88。Order前,侍應說此點有椰汁,我們不為意,以為如咖哩雞,也會有椰汁,不介意啦。送來是原椰子,白白的椰汁!我們大意了….是「燴」雞,不是「炆」雞。不是平日的栗子炆雞!雖然椰汁燴得很香很入味,但好溜呢!而且炸過的雞件,被梳打炒醃到,如化學雞口感。很不好吃。原先揀了檸香义燒焗餐包,但沒有了。唯有另選「別不同蛋白炒飯」$118。蛋白真是蛋白,加了大大粒蝦膏粒,整碟飯也是沒味兒,而且太多獻汁。失望的正餐告一段落。甜品menu的多樣化,確是不像在中菜廳中

桂花龍鬚蛋散,用桂花糖代替蜜牙糖,欣賞!但蛋散質感鬆散,吃下完全沒有脆感。
101水果拿破崙$58,看食評相,說四人份量,也不相信。真是驚嚇!一刀切下,高度是整整一把餐刀刀鋒的長度!在飽飽情況下,我覺得可以八人份量囉!
酥皮真是造得很薄很薄,但拿破崙我比較喜歡實質點那種脆酥皮,好過這種輕飄飄的薄皮。這個輕形酥皮夾著,哈密瓜/密瓜/火龍果粒吉士,口味清新。是另一種的好味既。
有機燕麥芝士餅$38,又一溜之作。芝士慕思蛋糕,腍腍的,吃得口浮浮
。把燕專沈上面,不覺有什麼可取之處。
極度不明何解,這餐廳會如此爆滿。MX集團,越來越不是品質保證了。
