To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日......冇落雨, 食炒蛋雜錦海鮮炒蛋 $33炒蛋份量真係好大, 至少有兩飯碗, 所謂'雜錦海鮮'即魚蛋,鳴門卷,魷魚,可能為附起海鮮,蛋炒得成形而唔係滑蛋,不過蛋入口時內層仍然滑口有蛋汁 , 唔會話炒到老哂,本預料味鹹, 原來炒蛋加入味冧, 令味道甘甜 , 岀乎意料地令人食上癮 其實一宜以黎都好鍾意金兜嘅炒蛋,又滑口又難得唔係鹹嘅菜式,零舍引起我嘅目光 日式部食物真係較少'陷阱'(伏)黑松露海鮮炒飯 $40一提到埋枱, 黑松露嘅酒精香馬上沖入鼻腔,呢種刺激十分罕有同有新鮮感, 不自覺令人再大大力吸多下佢嘅氣味~ 魷魚蝦仁爽滑有彈性, 蜆肉大粒有海水鹽味,椰菜為炒飯中帶來爽脆嚼感,飯粒炒得鬆散, 滿滿油香, 鹹香味由海鮮支撐,唯油量嫌過多, 但幸無影響味道以上兩道食物都可以話係我覺得金兜好味道菜式
