To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友食呢間越南野，同平時嘅有啲唔同，所以好想記低佢就正如標題咁講，甜啊朋友點左「生牛肉湯河」熱辣辣送到，影埋相，食落口生熟岩岩好，牛都夠嫩。湯偏甜，真係寶物沉歸底啊！底下啲白蘿蔔真係好surprising! 索晒甜甜嘅湯汁，yumyumyum我又點左摯愛「香茅豬扒撈檬」配菜豐富，淋埋撈檬汁，撈起咁撈~~豬扒juicy, 醃料唔算重味，暖粒粒嘅豬扒同涼涼嘅麵，過癮，繼續長居我心目中越南好味道嘅頭幾位！想講好熱辣辣，一咬開，都有啲煙食到淡淡芋頭香味，我呢個芋頭控又被surprised到啦餐飲分別點左兩杯熱飲，熱滴啡同熱菊花薑蜜。菊蜜甜得黎，幾片薑飲落暖入心..滴啡底下有煉奶，哈哈，繼續呢日甜絲絲嘅節奏
