To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

受到朋友邀請話晚市自助餐有半價優惠，三百幾蚊就可以全食長腳蟹、打邊爐、刺身壽司、港式叉燒豬頸肉，原來就係沙田麗豪酒店既L’Eau Restaurant 濠餐廳🥰🥰麗豪自助晚餐一向都好多捧場客，主要因為佢旁旁為沙田河，黃昏景色浪漫，加上價錢大眾化，食物選擇又多，點都要黎試下。個人特別喜好熟食熱食，所以試左佢地好多熱辣辣既小菜，包括咖喱牛腩煲、葡式炒雜菜、冬陰功青口，辣味唔算好重，小辣既愛好者不坊黎試下，我個人就簡簡單單鍾意用烤麵包配咖喱，正宗葡式口味🥘🥘🥘海鮮檔選擇都唔少、熟蝦青口蜆、仲有大量長腳蟹田螺任食，食幾多都有🤗🤗特別介紹港式自家打邊爐，估唔到酒店都有得打邊爐，丸類鮫類麵類應有盡有，仲要配秘制自家藥膳湯底，食完即刻暖哂值得一提係酒店8點左右突然熄燈，原來係經典既「火焰雪山」蛋糕，以即場點火燒起蛋糕表面，內層係雲尼拿雪糕，冰火交融，層次分明，一陣間就俾人食哂啦😂😂喜愛葡式港式自助餐既您唔好錯過啦
