To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

七月下旬‧晴我非甜魔,其實連「甜人」也不算,但這幾天卻跟甜結緣。Thomas Trillion是本地甜品巨人,曾幾何時在金鐘香港JW萬豪酒店的咖啡店Dolce 88可以找到他的甜點。是日連試四款cake,右邊一團火的Savina是辣味巧克力慕絲加焦糖酥皮,有趣;上方的Satini是青檸味蛋糕及檸檬脆餅作底,清新而是我的至愛;左方的Marron是干邑栗子,加入焦糖栗子忌廉;下方的Green Light是薄荷蛋糕,不過吃起上來是怪怪的。吃罷四款,很甜...是期間限定的幾味西餅。
