To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這裡晚上賣小菜，中午賣碟頭飯及ABC餐，早上就有出爐麵包、粥及炒麵，所以由日到夜都車水馬龍的，很是旺場，充分顯示出港人應變力十足的生命力。但見這裡的出爐麵包幾吸引，找個早上來試。很多人在門外等外賣，要坐進堂內，也不難找位置。要了個叉燒餐包，熱烘烘的，外邊脆，內裡的麵包較「立口」，叉燒餡是醬比肉多，也甚濃味；又要多碟齋腸，很彈牙，但毫不滑溜，其實不吃也會知，在這等地方，怎會有即拉腸粉？多也是交來的，下足麻醬、辣醬及甜醬，也不錯。加杯熱咖啡，埋單22蚊，已吃得飽一飽。有一點要特別提提的，這裡環境很一般，衛生情況亦然，坐得入來要預左的了。
