To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係隔離嗰位嘅生日，用生日免費優惠入海洋公園，入場時送咗優惠券，去企鵝餐廳有9折同送汽水一杯。入場之後我哋就即刻坐海洋列車上山，落車後好快就去到餐廳，但好多人等位，我哋拎咗飛，再睇埋企鵝行埋鋪頭，都仲等多10幾分鐘先入座。不過我哋真係好幸運，我哋張枱就響正玻璃窗隔離，企鵝就係我哋眼前游來游去。真係好正。食物都唔錯，叫咗一份雜扒同一個帶子意粉，雜扒味道正常既，意粉比想像中好食，粒帶子好大好鮮，意粉我哋叫咗一人份量，唔算好大碟，下次會醒目叫二人份量，因為真係幾好食。後尾發現可以預先用Apps攞飛，但要連接海洋公園Wi-Fi先可以拎到，有少少麻煩。下次生日再入公園，都會再去呢度食。
