To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

會員生日有八折優惠,所以又去元氣開餐。池魚($9): 鹹鹹地,無咩特別。炸芝士年糕($18): 無乜芝士味,其實係無味,不過唔漏。粒貝軍艦($9): 完全唔知自己食緊乜,凍冰冰又無味。燒牛肋骨($9): 半生熟的牛肉,加上惹味的燒汁,好味。吉列炸蠔($16): 蠔唔大隻,但勝在剛炸起,熱辣辣。吞拿魚($12): 本身對吞拿魚都無特別喜好,所以都係覺得無乜特別。黑糖腐皮($9): 平時普通腐皮係甜甜地,黑糖腐皮係好甜。特大帆立貝($9): 必點之選,因為本人太喜愛帆立貝。三文魚($12): 淡淡的三文魚肥脂味。烏冬($12): 細細碗,麵條爽口。
