令我印象深刻嘅亦有呢個墨魚包住海膽,海膽好鮮甜,墨魚亦都好有膠質,加埋一塊紫蘇葉,呢三樣嘢嘅配搭好正😋隔離嘅拖羅油脂豐富又冇筋,都好好食,不過我就覺得海膽令我驚艷啲😆

當然刺身都唔少得師傅解釋完我哋都唔記得佢係咩名嘅魚😂不過每款魚類都食得出好新鮮,而且佢特定嘅處理同烹調方法都令魚類特色更突出😌放幾款印象比較深刻嘅出嚟😆

最壓軸登場嘅係瀨尿蝦!😍呢個係佢哋好出名嘅一個菜式,瀨尿蝦只係僅僅熟,啲膏好似啫喱咁,而且鮮味十足,同我平時食開嘅瀨尿蝦非常唔同,係呢一餐飯令我印象最深刻嘅一樣食物🤤

下一樣係清酒煮蜆🍲加上蔥粒、辣椒絲同埋蒜片,啲蜆好鮮味,個湯都飲哂😂因為啲蜆本身都有海水鹹味,所以個湯都略鹹少少。

之後係今餐嘅主菜A4和牛呀!🥩真係冇諗過今餐會有牛食,所以嚟到真係好有驚喜😍牛肉肉味好濃,而且仲有肉汁,配埋個薯蓉,好滿足仲要好飽添😂

因為我生日,最後嘅甜品係兩件蛋糕仔,碟上寫左Happy Birthday,完滿咗我呢一餐🥰
食材新鮮,師傅用心,店員有禮,非常推介大家嚟食,記得要早啲book位🤣
