Sukiyaki mori難book應該好多人都知!之前我誤打誤撞早一個星期打電話去竟然有book到 mori kyuu! 佢哋每段時間大約只有10個位,師傅會專注服務一枱,服務氣氛都好唔錯。Lunch相對上平小小,如果第一次食來講揀lunch都適合!-✅醃漬菜心+紫菜蟹肉茶碗蒸。菜心用左菜花部分,食落當然嫩。另外仲有兩粒黑豆。茶碗蒸有一絲絲紫菜,蟹肉都好多。蒸蛋滑嫩,最特別係有d薑味,感覺要來癖寒/癖腥就最啱不過😌-✅✅✅用上近江A4和牛的三個部分組成,西冷、肉眼同肩胛。每人大概有3-4片,呢個份量啱啱好。師傅會根據食客進度一步一步煮。白飯可以任添,個人覺得最多添一次就好了!留肚食最後的飯🤩 食邊個部位都有分先後次序,同配搭的蔬菜。廚師會將d好肥的邊都先切走,好仔細🥹-每塊煎煎之後灑上砂糖+少少壽喜燒汁,味道絕對唔會過鹹。全部其實都好出色,西冷的油脂最豐富,其後係肉眼,再到肩胛。西冷的油脂多到食完會哇一聲,肉質最軟,入口接近即化🤣 肩胛牛的肉味最濃。-加$100的牛舌雖然係薄切,但煮完都唔韌,爽彈爽彈😋-蔬菜有娃娃菜、冬菇、皇帝菜、豆腐、麵筋、春雨等。落的壽喜燒汁唔會太多,煮菜都唔會

蔬菜有娃娃菜、冬菇、皇帝菜、豆腐、麵筋、春雨等。落的壽喜燒汁唔會太多,煮菜都唔會太鹹☺️ 最鍾意豆腐洋蔥春雨,呢幾種都特別甜。

最後的滑蛋牛肉飯超好食🤤叫多蔥無錯🥳牛肉切到好細粒,被滑蛋包住,加埋落飯到,令到飯粒都充滿蛋汁,可以食大大碗。日本蛋蛋香超級濃😬加d葱除左甜甜的汁味之外,仲會有啲辛香。

成餐都好滿意,而呢個價錢都覺得好ok! 關西風同關東風壽喜燒,我一定鍾意關西風多好多!將d肉肉煎到焦香焦香好好食👍🏻
