To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有些驚喜，心中想吃的都有，大龍蝦，羊架，燒牛仔肉(生熟度啱啱好，味道不錯)，蟹腳，波斯頓小龍蝦(略細，可接受)。 凍蝦無味，可以忽略。有鵝肝，鮑魚(這個意想不到)。 三文魚和銀雪魚燒得幾好。熱薰不算太多選擇，沒有炒飯，而是西式意粉和濶條面。 魚生不算多款式，反而toro食落沒有根，嚟個要比like。 有一事不好，就是在食品旁沒有名稱，真系要考眼力。 而且在訂位時已註明是生日慶祝，但酒店連小小表示都沒有。這個要扣分。
