To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我地開頭想坐outdoor睇下境食下煙，但因為outdoor不接受預約預訂枱，需要到場排隊才安排入座，所以book了indoor，室內有最低消費，4位也是二千，5位三千。雖然當日天氣一般，但我哋坐响入面所以冇所謂啦，食煙就行一行出outdoor食，眼見外國客人為多。侍應們有禮貌，而每位侍應會專門各自跟幾張枱，建議搵返service開你哋嘅侍應會跟得好啲。室內梳化算大張，但櫈和枱之間唔算闊落，女仕小心膝頭哥撞到枱邊。慶祝生日嘅，可以預先在訂枱時，留定祝賀語句，當日飲飽食醉後，才order甜品，師傅會即場寫字，然後插蠟燭侍應捧個甜品嚟。愈夜音樂會愈大聲，我地7點半到，10點走，埋單前一個鐘開始，講野和傾計都要加大聲才聽到，哈哈。五位，慶祝生日，淺嘗紅酒兩支，威士忌少許，以及幾款佐酒小食，埋單三千尾啦。
