同母親慶祝生日,試下這間地道飯店餐牌有圖介紹鹵水雙併:鹵水鵝肉拼墨魚鵝肉唔入味,墨魚不夠新鮮,只有伴碟的豆腐較為入味海哲不過不失蔥爆海蔘:海蔘夠林及入味,可試蝦干小炒王蝦干又硬又鹹,韮菜又硬,肉質麻麻,只有舖在面的芋絲味道可以潮州炒飯飯無味,函料雖多但料唔靚,不試也吧!川椒🐔:肉質可以、味道可以,潮州菜來說,這個最正常古法涼瓜炆得夠林,排骨在底,可以試試最令我失望是咸菜豬肚湯,豬肚夠林,湯沒有胡椒味,咸菜太硬,太失望甜品:正常味道
