To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次朋友生日🫶🏻,所以我哋特登入去屯門呢一間餐廳食晚飯,試吓佢啲海鮮,我哋搭西鐵再轉輕鐵,落車之後行10分鐘左右就會到餐廳,位置同輕鐵站都近,所以都唔算難搵。我哋今晚叫咗八款菜:蒜香雞🍗呢一個蒜香雞香噴噴,雞肉外皮香脆肉質都幾嫩滑,加上有炸蒜嘅香味,真係好惹味。中式牛柳🐮、椒鹽鲜魷🦑都係基本野,黃金蝦🦐🍤,而黃金蝦除咗有啲鹹香之外,仲夾咗少少奶香味,我估係有加少少芝士落去一齊煮。蒜茸粉絲蒸蟶子🍲,蟶子都幾大隻,加上蔥蒜豉油💦嘅配搭,都幾唔錯,但係有部份嘅粉絲可能浸得唔夠耐,所以食落比較硬身。豉椒花甲加米粉底🥘,呢一個豉椒花甲米粉底,個米粉底係我第一次食,都幾特別喎,個米粉因為煎過,所以都香香脆脆,配埋豉椒花甲啲汁一齊食,👍🏻。辣酒煮花螺🐚🌶️呢一個辣酒煮花螺係我推介嘅一道菜,辣酒嘅酒香,食入口時仍有少少酒香,未揮發走晒🥃,加埋辣椒一齊煮呢一個花螺,真係好夾呀,花螺完全吸收晒醬汁嘅味道,🌶️🌶️食得辣嘅朋友,記得叫呢一個試吓啦。芝士開邊脆龍蝦🦞呢一個芝士開邊焗龍蝦,一上枱大家都話嘩一聲,因為件件龍蝦size都大,加埋芝士一齊焗🧀,都真係幾夾,龍蝦肉質都彈牙,唔錯唔錯。💁🏻‍♀️最後食大排檔風味,
