To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔知大家知唔知啦，生日係元氣食野會有特別禮遇架😆今日食左元氣，嗌左同平時差唔多既份量同款式🤣最中意既仍然係蟹籽沙律腐皮壽司，酸酸甜甜既沙律，加埋甜甜既腐皮，成個感覺好fresh，百吃不厭啊😛另外，我都好中意燒過既三文魚壽司，好軟滑，又有燒過既香味，食落好幸福。生日月份去成野，元氣仲會送朱古力芝士蛋糕，係平時無得嗌架！😎 個蛋糕好濃朱古力味，但又唔會遮晒啲芝士味，兩者合二為一😛😛😛好正。至於口感就係同平時日式輕芝士蛋糕一樣，好好味！如果平時都有得嗌呢個蛋糕就好啦💯💯
