第五波疫情之後,終於迎來生日晚宴,選擇綿因為人少少都可以包場,增加安全感安心食飯。食物不在此詳述,有興趣請參考相片,以下重點分享是晚亮點。全晚高潮必然是近期於日本十分流行的燒提燈,真是一解於香港未能到日本旅行之苦,蛋香於口中爆炸,終於明白為何能成為近期大熱!另外豚肉椰菜卷,一口燒手羽先雖然是舊酒新瓶,但當中創意令人驚喜連連!小變化原來真的可以換來大驚喜!此乃於私房菜才可以品嘗到的用心!燒吞拿魚面頰更是油香爆發,令人回味無窮!一口燒白鱔真是令人又愛又恨,愛外脆內嫩,恨份量太少!感謝好友陪伴,感謝老闆Jack哥熱情歡待,更感謝基師傅用心制作食物,一來也!
