終於有時間可以整理一下今年生日飯內容,先前跟舊同事們還在討論前兩年生日都是吃火鍋,今年想轉一轉新款於是到日本同事推介下的Hokahoka慶祝,餐廳有分吧檯、普通餐桌和榻榻米三種,我們被安排到寬敞又舒適的榻榻米入座,相比起餐桌或吧檯,空間感更多,榻榻米與榻榻米之間鬆動,環境亦不會過份嘈吵,正宗居酒屋會先提供前菜,Hokahoka亦不例外,點菜後,店員便會馬上提供,前菜是以竹荀、露荀和蟹柳的漬物,雖說不上十分好味,不過作為前菜味道鮮甜頗開胃﹔先來刺身併盤 特($520),海膽、甜蝦、帶子、三文魚、吞拿魚、鯛魚、油甘魚、赤貝和八爪魚,一整盤刺身足足有成九款之多,雖每款不夠以每人享用,不過大家都能挑到喜愛的,而且刺身十分新鮮、份量也不吝惜,以海膽為例,就差唔多有半板,入口濃郁鮮甜﹔赤貝肉質爽脆無比富鮮味,帶有獨特的鮮甜味,帶子份量夠厚身,入口鮮甜味濃郁,令人回味﹔碎蔥吞拿魚腩卷($120),把細蔥、芝麻和吞拿魚蓉包裹在小卷之中,吞拿魚蓉的魚香和細蔥香配合得天衣無縫,在口中散發獨特美味,算是值回票價的﹔加州卷($75),同事喜愛的加州卷,加州卷包得扎實不易散開,有青瓜、玉子、蟹柳、牛油果,口感很
