To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

$198有7款海鮮，6款自選既打邊爐食物。首先食海鮮貴妃貴妃旁，鮮蝦 真係好生孟，同時會落埋鮑魚和蟹，之後就魚同兩款蜆。但在不同時節更改不同的海鮮。食了好幾次都不需要侍應服務烹煮，但如果有需要他們都會負責煮的。他們亦會提點海鮮那一些部位好吃。食完海鮮會把南瓜碎，芋頭碎和粟米放入煲。我們加了至尊手切肥牛！就少少厚度，肉質非常軟有少少油脂！好好味！自選打邊爐食物選了雞件，墨魚滑，花膠，娃娃菜，金菇和炸魚皮。最後的粥才是精華，他有很多配料可以加入粥裹，但也可選擇那些不要。他們會加入蛋漿令到粥更加香滑。食埋粥包曬！四個男人一個女人飽飽！
