To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

錯誤book了這間Marco Polo HK hotel的cafe buffet，一進餐廳看到舊式裝修心感不妙。但到處看食物之後，覺得食物也算豐富，種類數量也合理，不過熱盤明顯較着重國內口味。冷盤有龍蝦、生蠔、刺身、藍青口、小龍蝦；熱盤有羊架、牛扒、還有土耳其烤肉；不過生蠔肉質極薄味道一般，龍蝦是逐少放出來，要等侍應添加。因為不太愛熱盤，所以那些中式蒸魚等食物沒有理會。直得一讚餐廳安排，每人一件鵝肝多士，多士上面有酸甜梅子醬令鵝肝感覺清新，沒有「太漏」的油膩感覺。因為小朋友生日，餐廳侍應主動送上一件芝士蛋糕並點上蠟燭，還為我一家拍照；侍應勤快，添水和收碟也快速，又會主動告知自助飲品位置，招呼周到。甜品種類有十多款，每件一口的size,可以試多幾件；最愛Häagen-Dazs雪糕雪條，細杯裝啱晒鍾意試味的小朋友！
