估唔過咗生日都仲有人請食飯. 今次好姊妹話試吓天婦羅專門店, 喺香港好少見.間舖好隱蔽, 完全冇玻璃, 外面睇唔到, 要按門鐘先入到去. 一先入到去見到坐位好少, 有十幾個, 除咗一個卡位外, 全部Bar枱位都圍著師傅.同師傅打招呼後示意坐低, 見到師傅好專注不斷調教粉槳, 炸完後輕力fing走油份, 同隔走天婦羅粉粒.未食炸物前先上鰹魚柚子啫喱溫泉蛋, 溫泉蛋唔係好流心, 蛋黃同蛋白都凝結, 可以清楚食到蛋味, 配合鰹魚柚子啫喱有齊咸酸甜味好開胃.食完後侍應放好食天婦羅架生, 有蘿蔔茸, 檸檬同岩鹽.食物全部師傅發板, 不過味道都係由淡到濃.首先上花竹蝦, 蝦肉新鮮彈牙, 粉槳好薄好薄, 唔同一般出面粉槳成個硬殼可以撕出嚟.白露荀冇渣有少少苦味好甘口.番薯仔同粟米好甜好好食.舞茸從未食過, 有清新菇菌味又爽口.沙魚肉質嫩滑魚尾骨好脆口.半熟帶子師傅提醒要趁早食, 唔係變全熟帶子. 帶子質感好似食剌身咁,好鮮甜.鮑魚味道好濃, 好似食緊溏心鮑魚咁.海鰻上放咗少少蔥同七味粉, 同之前食物調味唔同, 好香口.最後送上朱古力奶凍同生果, 朱古力奶凍朱古力味道好濃好滑, 生果清甜, 可以清清
