依家旺角警署後面開咗好多食肆CP值都好高,今晚第一次試依間蝦棧。好多人讚黑胡椒蝦,但我見出面食肆都好多有黑胡椒蝦供應,所以叫了奶油蝦。奶油蝦一窩上共8隻,個汁好多洋蔥,蝦肉爽口彈牙,啲蝦好新鮮,不過我略嫌個汁咸咗少少。台式蔥油雞,老闆極力推介,佢話一日只做幾隻賣晒就冇。老闆果然冇介紹錯,我啲朋友超愛,雞好滑冇肥膏,咸甜適中。蔥抓餅,我最愛依個,有點像印度薄餅,但佢比印度薄餅更香脆味更濃,真係食完想再encore 。雨衣甘藍,配上杞子清炒,帶出雨衣甘藍特別味道。我個人喜歡熟既雨衣甘藍,味道好過用作沙律菜。上湯北寄貝,亦是老闆推介,北寄貝都幾大隻,配上上湯,好鮮美。湯都飲晒。黑白墨魚卷,細細條,入面有白墨魚及加了墨魚汁的黑墨魚,雖然我食唔出黑白有甚麼分別,但依個卷真係幾好味,熱辣辣,墨魚肉彈牙,出面個卷好脆,總之好味啦南瓜雪糕,水蜜桃雪葩我鍾意南瓜雪糕多啲,雖然南瓜味唔夠濃,但味道不錯。 朋友就鍾意水蜜桃雪葩佢地覺得桃好香,但我覺得有點人做桃味唔夠天然。
