今日公司老闆生日,安排嚟呢度食餐新潮中餐先。呢度地方好大,午飯時間真係好多人呀,唔訂位嘅晏啲上嚟,應該都唔洗等位。點菜內容我唔太清楚,所以都係憑記憶架咋。醉蟹蟹個樣有啲似大閘蟹,唔理啦,酒香而不嗆口,蟹肉入晒味呀。乳鴿皮脆肉嫩,仲好豬士添架$25一隻,枱枱都會叫,怕污糟記得叫侍應比手套,環保啲都係用手啦。呢件炸物,新鮮即炸,香脆無比,入面有啲芝士同唔知乜,都幾好食。水煮魚,我好怕辣,都食咗兩塊,魚唔算正宗嘅咁大塊,不過都好滑,麻同辣期實都唔太強嘅,入面仲有啲薯粉,食得辣嘅一定會食埋。蟹粉豆苗,豆苗好鮮嫩,但係蟹粉就冇咩蟹味喇。炸魷魚鬚,普普通通冇咩特別。欖角四季豆,都係平平穩穩啦。松露鮑魚飯,松露嘅香包住每一啖飯,鮑魚得一隻由壽星公食咗啦。韓國年糕,有啲魚同蝦,醬汁酸酸甜甜,魚都係偏細,蝦就一般啫。今次第一次試,感覺侍應好似啱啱入職冇幾耐,轉數唔夠。叫沖茶,應完又唔記得,冇咗件事。叫攞牙櫼,情況一樣。叫埋單又冇事喎。最後係希望佢地,安排坐位時要增加經驗。我地等位時,見到有兩個人坐4人枱,我地6個人都係坐4人枱,餐點上枱時一次過嚟,真係冇咁多位放,同埋影相架。
