朋友仔生日🎂想同佢食得特別啲,搵到一間主打貝類料理既餐廳,估佢應該未試過,就book咗喱間食lunch比個驚喜佢🤭🥢食物🥢竹$380(含有七款食物)時令貝蕃茄野菜沙律:先嚟開胃沙律,蔬菜加了醬汁酸酸甜甜好開胃,北寄貝口感清爽鮮甜。磯煮南非鮑魚:鮮味十足,略帶甜味,鮑魚口感彈牙👍🏻季節貝湯:聞到好香濃嘅龍蝦味,入邊仲有豆腐和柱貝,湯味道較濃郁。日式清酒煮蜆:用上馬刀貝,脹卜卜大大粒~入口完全無沙,用清酒顯得更鮮甜😋鐵板燒龍蝦+貝炒野菜:龍蝦用了牛油炒香,再加入柚子胡椒,味道都幾夾,龍蝦肉彈牙;野菜有菇/甜豆/三色椒/蘆筍,炒得好爽口不過調味就重咗啲。鐵板燒貝類炒飯:炒得夠乾身又香,貝類份量都唔孤寒👍🏻
