To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好友生日，當然要約出嚟食返餐飯，選址就在太子站附近的「亞南雞煲」，門外張貼了很多不同種類的湯雞煲作推廣，其它還有花膠鮑魚煲、海鮮煲及羊腩煲等供應。如時間適合，這個宵夜(9:30pm-02:00am)88折優惠，就最是吸引。天氣悶熱，這杯冰涼又大杯的檸檬茶，解渴又消暑。人未到齊，先叫些小吃邊吃邊等，叫了微辣又惹味的尖椒皮蛋、爽彈又鮮嫩的冰鎮墨魚鬚、酥脆又香口的油炸鬼墨魚滑及蝦多士。早前吃完六福的椒鹽鮑魚，真係無得頂，見這裏也有，一於叫來試試，鮑魚鮮嫩又爽彈，雖然比六福差少少，但都算食得過。原來朋友事先已預訂了這個「冬瓜瑤柱花甲濃湯雞煲」，選擇改用新鮮三黃雞，雖然貴少少(加$200)，但味道真係無話可說，肉質鮮嫩有咬口，和冰鮮雞真係完全不能相比，雞湯底香濃黏口，大大隻鮮甜爽脆的花甲，更是另一賣點。我們另加了煙韌有彈性的原條花膠筒及脆嫩帶鮮味的野生竹笙，這兩款也非常出色；最後加多碟炸響鈴、蟹籽手打墨魚滑及雜菜籃，也是很不錯。食物水準不錯，如果食牛及吃得辣的，據說辣雞煲及手切肥牛也很出色，大家可以考慮一下。#亞南雞煲地址: 太子花園街211號地舖電話: 23926100
