To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喉嚨痛著寫食評皆因小妹吃太多填鴨所致!是晚一行7人吃了北京填鴨一隻,銀芽肉絲豆乾配戴帽,風沙雞,蒸桂花魚,火腿津白,津菜炒年糕 加一個 砂鍋雲吞雞 先來一小碟的銀芽肉絲豆乾配戴帽,其實是炒了銀芽+肉絲+豆乾+甘荀+木耳絲+粉絲,面頭蓋住炒蛋,爽口不乾身(有汁),蛋本身沒有加調味,所以要夾住炒絲一起吃才好吃北京填鴨,不太喜歡皮多過肉,還是喜歡一些只有皮,但沒有油的填鴨 ,夾的竟是西芹不是大蔥,又沒有紅椒,所以只見一般風沙雞,我覺得是炸子雞加了炒了的蒜蓉,皮脆肉滑但骨多,未見其賣點蒸桂花魚,ok但不是特別鮮甜,不會蒸得太老砂鍋雲吞雞,湯好喝,有淡淡的火腿味,但雲吞太漏,只有一團肉,我expect的是菜肉雲吞呢!津菜炒年糕,只吃了少許~很清淡的一個菜,其實是適合病病的我 火腿津白,是娃娃菜,穩陣的一個菜式!氣氛搭夠,所以整體都很好不過有一些侍應們的態度卻不太好 !

先來一小碟的銀芽肉絲豆乾配戴帽,其實是炒了銀芽+肉絲+豆乾+甘荀+木耳絲+粉絲,面頭蓋住炒蛋,爽口不乾身(有汁),蛋本身沒有加調味,所以要夾住炒絲一起吃才好吃

北京填鴨,不太喜歡皮多過肉,還是喜歡一些只有皮,但沒有油的填鴨
