To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 領隊話因為獅子銀行信用卡做Promo,有一個四人套餐做六折,又話生日食豪D都唔怕,試得過。領隊幫手提早BOOK位,頭圍原來要八點交枱,我地咁耐無見要傾計,當然要八點先入場,傾到打烊先夠本。北京樓二小拼 (杭州芳香素腐方、七里莊酒糟醉雞)。前菜有兩小碟凍盆,素腐方即係腐皮素雞咁,用上魯汁,甜甜地幾入味。醉雞都幾滑,酒香唔錯。金湯瑤柱花膠海皇羹非常好味,勁足料,有瑤柱、花膠粒、仲有蝦、魚肉等。湯本身味道好夠濃,仲啖啖有餸,可惜無得飲多碗。京爆明蝦球。蝦球沾左炸粉略為炸過,幸好粉漿唔算厚,炸左仲脆脆地。蝦味就無乜架啦,但質地好彈牙爽口,加左京爆醬,似係咕嚕醬,酸酸甜甜少少辣,醋味都幾濃,真係俾佢「俗」親添。烤北京填鴨。烤呢隻鴨要預四十五分鐘,所以都等左一陣。烤好後服務員會送上原隻全相俾你睇,之後就拎到櫃台再分屍,送到上枱已經變成一塊塊。雖然只係一食,鴨殼嘅肉唔關我地事,但淨係食皮肉份量都唔少。食嘅時候用一塊薄餅包住,加兩塊肉,加醬汁,再加蔥或者青瓜包好就食得。幾欣賞佢薄餅同鴨都仲係熱辣辣,鴨肉唔算肥,都幾腍幾多汁,唔錯。事後發覺,呢份野實在太大,隔離枱八個人都係食一客,我地四丁友食唔晒好正常

上湯浸時菜。應該係溫室豆苗,其實算整得唔錯。但個人唔太鍾意呢種菜有陣草腥味。

無錫灌湯小籠包算OK啦。包皮都算薄,係個包頂接口位包得太厚,肉餡都幾多,肉汁都算多,可以倒滿一個湯匙,湯汁呈深黃色,味道都幾鮮甜。

香糟蔣腿蒸黃魚。睇名除左知道佢係一條黃魚,真係估唔到會咁樣上菜,造型都唔錯。原來佢條魚切開幾段,將冬菇、金華火腿、筍片夾入中間拎去蒸,所以造型都幾特別。少試一啖,魚肉幾入味,肉質OK啦。

兩舊迷你冰皮月餅,應該係最基本綠豆餡,但係太飽無食到。
以上咁多樣都係四人套餐包嘅野,其實份量都好多,我地四丁友真係食唔晒,分分鐘五、六個人食都仲得。其實唔理佢係唔係六折啦,都算唔錯呀,真係食得好飽。所以話,有時套餐都幾抵食。得閒要留意下信用卡嘅Promo,有驚喜呢。
