老公生日，因為佢鐘意食中菜，見OpenRice 有哩個黑珍珠盛宴，睇落好豐富，又有鮑魚又龍蝦又花膠又官燕咁幾吸引，於是乎就預購咗來試吓。加上多年前有親友响哩度擺過酒，印象感覺都唔錯😌茶選擇咗菊花茶第一道菜係叉燒同帶子不知是因為肚餓還是心情靚，覺得叉燒超級好味，帶子也合胃口。食物全部都熱騰騰，很好味👍焗蟹蓋，入面全部都係蟹肉好足料，不過食落較滯，個人覺得應加入一啲爽嘅食物例如馬蹄或粟米咁😉天子蘭松茸螺頭燉花膠，都好足料，有好多螺頭肉，飲落好舒服跟住到鵝掌乾鮑柚皮，因為真係好少食乾鮑😅覺得好好味，好鮮味（同罐頭鮑魚不能相比🤣）柚皮就較漏較濟，不合個人口味XO醬本地龍蝦，好似唔夠野味，預期佢係XO醬重味啲，覺得個醬汁較為遜色，龍蝦肉都新鮮彈牙哩個雲腿竹笙菜膽就真係最冇特別，大配角，只係一小片火腿，唔係好知想點😅和牛炒飯都野味嘅，不過真係太飽已經，加上和牛切得太細粒，食唔出咩和牛味椰汁蘆薈官燕，之前一直睇錯係椰汁燉官燕😂所以送到來時見到係糕來嘅，有少少失望添🤪不過我冇提及過要寫字，好細心有寫字，即刻加晒分總括來講，服務態度非常滿意，又主動邦我們影相。食物全部熱騰騰（個人認為中菜食物一定要夠熱先
