闊別好友一年,相約午膳為佢慶祝生日,佢想食素所以訂咗龍門樓食齋,順便帶佢參觀下南蓮園池及志蓮淨苑。約左12點第一輪午膳, 1:15pm就要交枱,兩個人食下傾下都夠時間首先點咗個五福拼盤紅菜頭沙律~將紅菜頭切得幼細刀功一流,紫甘藍醋粉皮~用綠豆做成粉皮拌以柚子醋感覺清新,風味碧玉就是BB青瓜花啊、還有醬燒菌及香麻海苔麵根~醬油煮的蘑菇及麵根沒有什麼特別朋友想食粥暖暖胃所以點了個腰仁三菇粥粥底加入打成糊嘅腰果再配上石菌舞茸金菇蘑菇烹煮,口感好香好綿再點了兩件翡翠百福袋油炸腐皮做成福袋,將馬蹄金菇紅椒薯粒切得細細裝滿福袋拌以西蘭花,咬一口感覺滿滿幸福,質感味道yummy 加追了一個時令銀棯醬茄子銀棯醬炒茄子&麥纖,但我食唔出銀棯醬同普通醬油有乜分别,而麥纖有點硬餐廳大約1點就會幫你埋單還打了9折,1:15前我們也識趣離座讓餐廳準備1:30第二輪午膳。我們再繼續參觀志蓮淨苑嘅唐風建築
