今年本小姐生日,由於要去birthday trip,提早兩口子出黎慶祝生日。本小姐喜歡日本菜,當然揀返間Omakase 啦。 餐牌由$ 750 至$1300 ,今晚我地就揀咗個侍 Samurai, $750, 先試一試。前菜盛小食 - 豬肉卷, 魚肉捲, 薯仔沙律,  黑松露蛋卷,螢光魷魚,松前漬,枝豆。最喜愛黑松露蛋卷,黑松露香濃,蛋嫩滑鮮甜,吃後口中還留著淡淡黑松露香味。三款料理,炸豬排,燒白鱔和燒鯖魚。燒白鱔魚肉質鮮甜,燒得剛好,入口還JUICY。炸豬排很厚身, 炸得脆口。壽司7貫 – 逐件上,包括有鰤魚, 金目鯛,紅鱒魚,天使蝦,海膽魚籽飯等等,全部十分新鮮,入口鮮甜。我最喜愛海膽魚籽飯,望落已經流晒口水,海膽鮮甜,入口即溶,魚籽咬開卜卜聲,非常鮮甜。甜品拼盤賣相好靚,有綠茶蕨餅,鮮果梳打和雪糕,令這餐劃上完美句號。
