忙碌的生活總要有時間偷閒一下、雖然今天星期一剛剛放完Weekend、但堆積的工作令我透不過氣、相約好姐妹亞L來到銅鑼灣一間日式料理店、享受一頓豐富的日本菜放鬆、放鬆。装潢並不華麗有平實感覺。環顧牆邊放滿多款日本酒、可惜明天還有早會、要不然喝過痛快。先來特選剌身盛、全由厨師發辨、將即日鮮送到我面前。嘩啦啦。。。馬糞海膽、甜蝦、油甘魚、墨魚和間八、全是我喜愛的。入口即溶的馬糞海膽、有著濃郁、歴久不散的味道。甜蝦頂呱呱、色澤晶瑩透徹、肉質漿口、有感皮膚充滿了彈性。蝦頭的蝦膏濃稠、忘不了。油甘魚油脂豐腴、啖啖脂香。我平時不太喜愛食墨魚、但今日改觀了。入口爆發了墨汁的香濃、滋味。間八肉質頗為結實、有嚼口。吃過刺身、再點串燒三味、有鹽燒厚切牛舌、豚肉露筍和鹽燒手羽。整體不過不失、沒有太大驚喜。今日推介是蒜茸燒廣島蠔、雖然細小但勝在重口味、蒜茸並沒有嗆味還提升了鮮甜味。再來一道中日Fusion菜、花膠雞絲濃湯手打烏冬。湯底果然雞味濃郁、鮮甜好味。絲絲的素翅幾可亂真有嚼口。花膠雖不是上等貨色、考慮到價錢己相當不錯。食過美味的一頓晚餐、己充滿能量、明天又重新開始新的一天了。
