To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

你以為呢度淨係食生滾粥？其實係主打食小炒架，不過生滾粥當然要叫啦！$108超大碗蟹粥夠4個人食，老闆好巴閉咁話有兩隻蟹架😆，粥好綿一路食一路撈埋啲蟹膏好鮮甜。 另外叫咗豉油王炒鵝腸，蒸龍躉翅，鹹菜胡椒蜆湯同炸乳鴿。 份量碟碟都好大，鵝腸上枱好似豉油王炒麵咁大碟，好足料但係略嫌唔夠彈牙爽口，偏腍，但係夾埋d蔥同芽菜食都ok！ 龍躉翅有驚喜，滿滿既陳皮無偷工減料，好香陳皮味！ 乳鴿都算皮脆肉嫩，唔會過鹹，好怕乳鴿好鹹，所以都合格！見到隔離枱個蠔餅好似好好食，有機會返去試吓個蠔餅同埋試下個雞粥☝🏻
