諗住過左熱潮無咩人,點知平日收工都排左大約10分鐘咁當然唔少得叫返招牌生煎包、蟹黃生煎包面層灑滿芝麻同蔥花,前者包底烘到金黃色,一咬又真係爆汁,衰鬼~ 啲湯仲幾鮮甜蟹黃餡料都真係有蟹肉蟹膏,不過相對爆汁就無咁誇張但反而最驚艷嘅係生炸雞扒外皮好鬆脆,每咬一啖都sha sha聲,而且鎖得住雞扒裏面嘅肉汁,keep到好juicy~跟埋嘅蔥油拌麵,醬油偏淡,建議加醋吊起個味會更加好食糖醋排骨醋酸味好突出,應該用咗甜醋白醋調成,而且基本上排骨全部啖啖都係肉,食咗咁多舊先得一嚿有骨
