一直期望已久的生煎包王,終於放工相約友人到銅鑼灣分店聚一聚。事前沒有預約,直接walk in 見到門面幾乎已經坐滿人,幸好有最後兩個位置,因此不用等位便直接入座,當日是星期四的晚上已經如此坐滿,建議食客早點到達,避免等候過長時間。店內座位都幾逼,成餐飯都聽到隔離枱傾緊乜嘢,不過都唔緊要,最緊要係啲嘢好唔好食。順帶一提,店員唔知係咪當晚太忙,沒有立即遞上兩杯水比食客,我哋都提醒左幾次先記得俾我哋,希望可以注意返,始終服務係比到食客嘅第一印象。講番啲嘢食,生煎包係有驚喜嘅咬落去啲汁爆曬出嚟,爭啲立爆我個嘴。小籠包亦都皮薄多汁;擔擔麵的湯底亦都10分濃郁,有花生味。只係個冷麵同埋雞絲粉皮稍有失色,仲有個紅油抄手實在令我太失望,唔通廚房用晒啲紅油?
