自己都幾鍾意食鰻魚,嗰種鮮味係獨有甚麼三河屋、名代宇奈都試過,都好似食唔到最鮮味最正嘅鰻魚飯,當然呢兩間都OK的,今日去位於佐敦嘅金鶴拉麵,試下佢地嘅鰻魚飯12點左右,時間尚早,客人不多,我坐吧枱位,可以睇下廚師做乜廚房第一個感覺好整齊、企理,唔會好亂嘅感覺,有陣陣材料香味飄出,個人好有食慾先唔駛睇Menu,即刻叫鰻魚飯,我都唔知幾錢鰻魚喺雪櫃攞出黎,用保鮮紙包住,咁你又唔會期望佢生劏條鱔,跟住起肉嘅鰻魚係由生燒到熟,要等15分鐘左右,趕時間千祈唔好叫,我呢種閒人就冇所謂終於有得食,有碗湯同小食$238鰻魚係熱辣辣,有少少焦香,我都嫌佢唔夠肥美,鮮味有,唔會有啲骨阻礙你咀嚼,你知啦,鰻魚啲骨有啲都唔係幾軟飯都煲得好,唔會爛,粒粒分明食到大半佢會問你駛唔駛加飯,可以添,但我夠飽鍾意鰻魚飯其中一個原因係,夾埋魚同飯一齊食,原來個化學作用係加倍食完,埋單$238,暫時我食過最貴鰻魚飯,你叫我俾我會俾80分,嗰20分係我仲未知最好嘅鰻魚飯其實係咪就係咁?定天外有天,邊度先有100分嘅鰻魚飯

鰻魚喺雪櫃攞出黎,用保鮮紙包住,咁你又唔會期望佢生劏條鱔,跟住起肉嘅



鰻魚係由生燒到熟,要等15分鐘左右,趕時間千祈唔好叫,我呢種閒人就冇所謂

鰻魚係熱辣辣,有少少焦香,我都嫌佢唔夠肥美,鮮味有,唔會有啲骨阻礙你咀嚼,你知啦,鰻魚啲骨有啲都唔係幾軟



飯都煲得好,唔會爛,粒粒分明

食到大半佢會問你駛唔駛加飯,可以添,但我夠飽
