好多時啲越南生牛肉湯河都會遇上一個問題就係切得太薄,放入熱湯已經熟左咁搞法,不如佢地廚房自己煮熟佢就算........................又有啲係切得太厚,OR 湯唔夠熱最後啲牛入口果陣都仲係好生.........但呢間滿越冇呢個問題,今次又係路過被啲味道吸引入去的。碗生牛肉湯河真係好掂,掂在佢啲河粉夠滑夠軟但係又唔會太腍支支但啲牛肉又好有味好鮮放入熱水灼一灼已經有半熟既效果!不過等野食出就慢左啲啲咁....快d 就仲好
