This is a typical Vietnamese soup noodle, raw beef slices. Since the beef is extremely thin and fresh, it is cooked by the soup easily. The lime juice makes the soup very delicious. And the portion is reasonable . The peice is about 55 dollars. I love chewing the lemon grass and eat them all. Yes, and I take a bite of grass while eating the noodle. Dont waste the ingredients!!! They are super good.
