To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

生腸終於番黎啦!!

經過堅尼地城見到新張咗間譚仔呢樣都唔係吸引到我入去嘅原因最重點係俾我見到門口張靚靚海報!! 生腸終於番黎啦所以就走左入去食以前我鐘意食蕃茄加辣湯底但最近覺得重慶酸辣都幾好食, 好惹味我個人唔太鐘意食酸野不過重慶酸辣唔係果種酸味為主佢係辣為主, 再帶少少酸味刺激食欲, 係幾正的不過我冇特別影相, 因為今次碗米線並唔係主角主角係碟生腸呀!!!!!!好似等左超過1年(有冇呢?)終於有得食番啦生腸仲係好似以前咁, 爽口, 彈牙, 有咬口辣汁依然咁好味, 撈埋落啲米線到食, 簡直一流!惟一美中不足係可以再大碟啲囉...唔夠食呀
