美食博士今次我帶大家嚟呢度食生蠔、石燒牛同意粉😋。首先試咗198時令生蠔六隻🦪,仲有兩隻大大隻嘅西班牙生蠔🇪🇸,真係大到有半隻手掌,兩款嘅生蠔都好味,有啲海水嘅鮮味,尤其西班牙生蠔好多汁。另外有石燒牛🥩,食咗200g嘅牛板鍵,蒜香味濃,加埋黑椒汁,但係牛嘅筋幾多下,同埋食落好韌!我啲牙齒癡晒牙。石燒牛係一塊熱板、一塊冷板,牛肉嘅兩面喺熱板燒好,之後切碎佢就可以擺去冷板。之後嚟咗蒜蓉白汁蜆意粉🍝,口感幾清新,蜆得四隻,蒜蓉相當香口,如果多啲蜆會冇咁寡。兩杯嘅特飲有雜莓乳酸特飲,菠蘿特飲🍍,菠蘿略為甜咗啲。分量來講兩個人食叫做啱啱好7成飽。價錢嚟講算大路👌。
