To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久沒有去吃自助餐,就找了藉口,為要增磅,而去大吃一番。生蠔源產地是紐西蘭,質感算是creamy的那一種,重海水味,欣賞這裡的處理蠔的手法,師傅即開、即沖水,然後即食,非常乾淨和衛生。日本刺身區,貴精不貴多,甜蝦原隻上,原汁原味,更高興的是,有帶子這選擇!肉質尚算厚肉,值得佔了肚皮一點位置。每次自助餐都必吃的凍龍蝦,肥美多膏,肉質鮮甜和彈牙!小編不太好熟食,所以只吃了一些魚肉,味道算不錯,尤是蒸魚,帶有牛油味道,挺特別的。來沙律吧吃一點沙律菜,清一清腸胃先~最後甜品環節,特別推介拿破侖、芒果糯米卷和清清甜甜的龍眼啫喱。每一聽到🛎聲,就會走出去排隊,這是珍珠榴連分子雪糕,榴連味濃濃的,加上珍珠,幾特別的配搭。食物的整體質素,都算不錯,與以前食的質素差不多,沒有降低了質素。
