To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黎到沙田萬怡食自助餐算係一次比較差既體驗，海鮮既自助餐結果係質素唔得連龍蝦都長期唔夠要食客等出爐呢度都算方便有多區巴士線直達。環境方面算寬敞空間感大。不過食物種類就真係唔多，而且海鮮質素一般。生蠔唔夠清甜食落去有d鹹，唔合格。長腳蟹有d ok有d肉唔夠新鮮。鮮龍蝦方面，有d龍蝦會鮮d口感好味d,有d就食落就比較一般，不過因為供應長期不足，有時係要等蒸既。熟食種類都比較少，羊架味道ok。飲品方面有咖啡同熱凍紅茶，自己加檸檬。果汁類就沒有了。雪糕就係movenpick,都有其他甜品。總結黎講，一次就夠。
