聽聞已久在中港城內有間食生蠔的西餐今晚終於抽到時間去食了先說餐廳,有outdoor seat供選擇的不過跟朋友不吸煙唯有放棄靚位置去坐,當然內裡亦不錯, 很有格調,最緊要舒適。職員很細心解說當晚生蠔既資料,我哋已經鎖定咗三款,分別來自日本令和-怪物、愛爾蘭 Irish rock no 0及南非Saldana 日本及愛爾蘭的蠔身是比較大,亦都很飽滿亦不會過鹹,基夲上不需要任何汁醬就咁食其實已經好新鮮好夠味道南非那款雖然係細隻一點但係在三款之中味道較突出,其實都是各有千秋 ,反正我本人不要太creamy 及海水味重就可以了😌配上兩個跟餐的白酒只是頭盤的開始我哋各點了一款小食及主菜Fine dining 當然是有肉㗎啦先來一個蜜糖芥茉香煎牛脷及澳洲羊西冷配上特製咖啡汁牛脷燒得恰到好處,份量不算少,師傅也很用心的排碟,食得又看得羊西冷平常好少機會食,但原來這種製法再連埋上面燒香的香草一併食、效果很不同,增添一份美味而加上特製咖啡汁及薄荷忌廉醬係一個很不錯的配搭整體來說首先有員工的細心餐具均印上公司名的用心,這份心意是很值得再食一次
