估唔到生酮飲食可以拓展到火鍋!個鍋底我地揀左鴛鴦鍋!一邊係重慶辣大紅鍋,另一邊係養生花膠雞鍋!入面真係有大大舊花膠架!開始之前飲啖湯就最正!配料方面最健康嘅梗係多菜少肉!所以我哋叫咗淮山、竹笙、萵筍等等嘅配料,用花膠雞湯去煮最正我哋叫咗半份安格斯牛肉,肉味香,用麻辣湯煮最正,連醬油都唔使沾為咗配合生酮飲食,餐湯都貼心地提供適生酮人士的調味料來調配湯底及飲品,飲品方面會使用生酮糖,我同朋友叫左杯青檸梳打同埋生酮雜莓汁雞尾酒,味道都唔錯見到配料有個海帶面幾特別所以試下,口感爽口,最重要係接近0卡路里又飽肚最後食埋個冰粉就非常圓滿啦
