To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 飲食業難請人,中午繁忙時候都可以有兩張卡位俾員工食飯,不過難為左食客了。入正題,天氣炎炎,又想食碗糖水,全個美孚社區得佢有得食,冇計照去,點知為左個配角就失去左個主角。先點個泰式豬頸肉炒河糖水後上,57蚊,相片正正常常,幾吸引,就試下。我前面個兩枱員工用膳一直冇停止,員工大聲講大聲笑,工作氣氛幾好。我就一等就等二十分鐘冇人理乜都冇,水都冇杯,再追幾分鍾就有啦。一望嘩,我有叫幾成熟咩?生㗎,事件攪左我三十分鐘,急急腳要走。即刻叫個糖水食完走人。廚房冇心機做,我唔難為前線員工,唯有放上黎分享下啦。。。完
