終於有時間朝聖!餅名由著名餅師開設,係紐約被譽為一生人一定要去一次!香港新店大玩本土文化元素,以為得幾款港產甜品搞下gimmick,揭開menu 發現款式有不少,而且像真度高!除了港人常吃食的魚蛋、燒賣、檸茶外,還有小籠包、皮蛋、通心粉,連黑白牛奶罐都用,夠晒心思~菠蘿包賣相精緻,外層是椰子mousse,棷香十足。假牛油由海鹽mascarpone cream造成,幼滑帶有點點鹹味,令味道提升。中間藏著菠蘿、青檸、熱情果醬,酸酸甜甜,中和了上兩層的甜膩亦令口感更豐富。包底用上椰子達克瓦茲,口味統一。檸檬茶吸睛度爆燈!一盒唔夠重可以order 半打做生日蛋糕~haha外層由白朱古力打造,我直接放棄。檸茶有茶味!裡面是伯爵茶mousse,中間黃色部分唔係檸檬,而係佛手柑奶酪。吃一口,先嘗到伯爵茶味,佛手柑味隨後慢慢滲出,不錯。
