難得中午過了中環,約了朋友取樂器,順便吃埋午飯,在石板街收到單張,轉彎有間樓上店,好像蠻吸引,希望清靜過樓下這些食店。開電梯便看很特式的佈置。是酒舖內的食店,還是食店內有酒舖!😂清酒鹽烤日本鯖魚味飯味飯,原來是兩個柔軟的飯團,端上枱時,七味粉的香味很濃郁啊!鯖魚肉扎實有彈性,不會一挾即散開,烤完再煮,不用蘸點醬油,味道已足夠;加上自家製的醃菜,紅與白蘿蔔,爽脆微酸解膩,沒有不夠蔬菜吃的感覺。慢煮厚切日式黑松露叉燒鵝肝迷魂飯,配自家製越式醃菜五塊不單薄伴有點肥肉的叉燒,腍香軟口,加了黑松露醬,增添濃香味,混合未熟透蛋黃,吃飯時雖沒有醬汁,也不會感乾身,酸菜讓口腔增加濕潤,也是另一原因;重點還有一厚片鵝肝,口中的層次感再提升了。惹味燒雞皮串脆身香口,裡面的脂肪完存消失了,微鹹少辣。燒日式流心芝士年糕朋友喜歡吃的,可能放了一會才進食,芝士已凝固,但仍有香濃芝士味,很煙韌。離去時再望望單張,原來後面寫著2時後有85折,早知等多一會時間才上來!
