今晚又俾我喺天后搵到間新餐廳'道北工房',我初初以為係一間日本料理餐廳,直到坐低打開menu先知,係一間多國菜餐廳,日本嘅刺身鍋物,意粉生蠔,就連煲仔飯都有得食。魚缸仲放咗唔同喺日本直送嘅活海鮮。海魚刺身又大條又新鮮,魚眼非常通透。鋪內仲有風乾牛肉,醃咗嘅雞,新年仲有蘿蔔糕可以買返屋企,自己煮。仲有季節限定特別餐牌冷盤就叫咗虎蝦芥辣醬蟹籽牛油果,淡淡嘅芥辣帶微辛味,可以將味道較寡嘅牛油果味,變得更有層次。虎蝦爽口彈牙,同牛油果有強烈對比,好開胃嘅一道菜。蝦多士我食得多,成隻大虎蝦喺塊多士上面就真係第一次,多士焗到外脆內軟,牛油蒜蓉加蟹肉絲,加埋沙律醬,食得出廚房係用心去做。超級推介呢個鵝肝煲仔飯,打開蓋聞到香噴噴嘅鵝肝味已經好開心,仲見到3塊超厚嘅鵝肝,真係好正,睇完一陣店員就將雞蛋,蔥花,芫茜,放落煲仔撈起。每啖都食到脆脆嘅飯焦,雞蛋嘅滑,鵝肝嘅油香,蔥花同芫荽嘅清新配合得好出色,鍾意食鵝肝嘅朋友一定要試。
