朋友今晚要OT,等埋佢收工夜一夜先食飯,正當搵緊仲有咩餐廳未收工,咁啱見到有新餐廳開張,而且仲做緊新開優惠8折,咁就一於幫襯下。今次落ORDER叫左 生磨龍皇大杏燉白肺湯、金沙涼瓜條、招牌椒鹽九肚魚、新鮮菠蘿子薑即炸咕嚕肉、紅糙米荷葉飯 、茗茶生磨龍皇大杏燉白肺湯:燉湯加埋杏汁飲落好清好滋潤,食材處理得好,豬肺沖得好乾淨,絕無腥味至於瘦肉,雞腳等都煮得好好,唔會D肉太老硬晒金沙涼瓜條:呢道小菜有驚喜,佢個鹹蛋黃外層好均勻咁佈滿喺整條苦瓜條,所以入口滿滿嘅鹹蛋黃香,而內層就苦瓜嘅甘就連我朋友佢本身麻麻地苦瓜,佢都話呢道菜的確係正招牌椒鹽九肚魚:九肚魚炸得夠晒黃金酥脆,炸到連D骨都脆到可以食落肚,啱晒平時因為骨而唔食魚嘅朋友。炸得夠香脆但唔會燶同硬晒,而且入口唔油膩,上面有少少椒鹽脆脆,食嘅時候再點一點喼汁,可以更加提鮮新鮮菠蘿子薑即炸咕嚕肉:有別於平時酒樓大排檔食開嘅菠蘿咕嚕肉,佢係咕嚕肉、三色椒、子薑一齊炒,伴碟就菠蘿同番茄仔做點綴。咕嚕肉上粉適中,唔會太厚,而子薑切到薄一薄,連埋甜酸醬一齊煮,食落唔會太辣薑味,幾開胃至於菠蘿粒就好新鮮,食落超甜超JUICY!切條嘅菠蘿就好似條龍舟咁,
