Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

內則十分鬆軟,外則十分脆皮。

薄餅材料為:火腿,煙肉,黑水欖,辣肉腸

薄餅芝士夠濃配合味道濃的肉類,口感上會令人覺得有一定味道的衝擊性。

黑水欖帶有小小彈牙的口感,混合吃下去一種肉中帶菜的感覺,但口感上還是不錯。

但餅底略為過硬談不上是可口,如果餅底改善了或更多口味讓人選擇會更好。

法包不用說,包是這店做得最好的地方。

巴馬火腿本身就帶咸味,而法包則味道比較清,中間夾著味道帶有鮮甜的菜。

味道分別是濃中淡三種,味道會剛剛好調節成適中的地步。

配合得很好,很多時巴馬火腿再配濃郁味道的食物,味道太重不是所有人合適。

花茶來說外觀上已經帶有優雅之意,茶杯等都配合此優雅的氣息。

茶味夠濃,我試過很多間其實味道不夠濃或是沖了一次已經沒味。

看色澤已經知到味道是偏濃烈。

我本身也是愛茶之人,我給了很高分評價。

這二樣餐點必需要一起說明,

因為芝士蛋糕很甜,拿鐵帶苦,二者合併剛味道剛剛好,是一對好組合。

芝士蛋糕分三層,值得一提的是最底層的餅底不錯,

因為很多時出去吃類似的蛋糕餅底都是硬身的,

但這個芝士蛋糕是軟身的,所以吃下去的感覺是很軟,口感十分好。

拿鐵帶薑味對我來說有小小奇怪,吃不慣。

但從外觀上值得加分,見是這店的特色之一,所以一試。

雖一問題是咖啡來得太早,菜還沒到就先上,等到菜來已經凍了。

同樣地外觀很值得加分,有點大份吃下去會很飽。

甜品通常都已經吃飽了再吃小小會比較合適。

香蕉酸中帶甜,甜甜酸酸的味道,

雪糕是普通朱支力雪糕,熱量來說也是眾多雪糕口味之首。

鬆餅整得很不錯,因為是熱的剛剛出爐就上桌,

十分鬆軟中間是綿狀體,外層帶有小小脆香的朱古力餅,好味。

這是一間印象都十分深刻的餐廳,因為我很少會覺得麵包好吃,
因為本人不喜歡太乾的食物,但是不得不提這間店的麵包真的烘得十分之好。
有路過的人可以盡情一試。
