上水開新泰菜館,我一早收到風,好多人排隊食,好期待!無骨鳳爪沙律酸辣鳳爪從來都係只有香港先有嘅特色泰菜,鳳爪酸度適中而且十分多肉咬落好彈牙,又有魚露香味。地道串燒(兩牛兩雞)雖然只係得四串串燒,但係都整得好有心機,成盤串燒有晒擺位有菠蘿有麵包粒做裝飾,好靚。要趁熱食,即燒好入味招牌無骨海南雞半隻半雞麵好多肉,白白的雞肉上面有好香的雞皮,食落陣陣黃油香,雞肉好嫩,值得一試!Mee..喇沙一上到枱,見到超多材料、大蝦、蜆肉、蟹柳、魷魚、雞翼、魚蛋、豆卜、雞蛋。每一樣都勁香濃,沾上小小喇沙湯,正。油質係米線同油麵兩溝,食法新鮮又夾。馬來海鮮炒粉絲炒絲絲黎講,原來泰式都不輸韓式;味道好香、夠入味,重特別之處係佢有鑊氣,配上香香的蝦、魷魚,食完好滿足!
