To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

淨個早餐都幾用心，招呼好nice,好貼心，話用出丁，餐廳識自動另比味粉你，証明堅用一丁，選擇多，種類夠，簡單講淨係食個早餐，就感覺到呢間餐廳用心為食客切想，個人感覺呀下，而且間餐廳感覺比我平靚正!另外沙田新翠呢間招呼好親善，孖寶原先入去坐第一行，侍應生好nice咁問我哋，冷氣壞壞地嘅驚唔驚熱？ 可以坐入啲有冷氣， 當“孖寶“食緊嘢嘅時間，又聽到佢好nice咁問另一枱新入嚟嘅客戶，夠唔夠涼要唔要開多部冷氣， 依家啲食肆淨係識慳，又難食 ，招呼又差，真係好難得搵到一間咁Nice嘅餐廳真係想搬去沙田住 💖總知就好親民
